  • Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within up to 5 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days depending on location.
  • Shipping Carrier: We ship via reliable couriers such as DHL / Deutsche Post. Tracking details will be provided once your order is dispatched.

  • Flat Rate Shipping: €4.90 per order.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over €50 (within Germany).

🇪🇺 Shipping Within the EU

  • Shipping Carrier: We ship via reliable couriers such as DHL / Deutsche Post. Tracking details will be provided once your order is dispatched.

💰 Shipping Costs Within the EU

  • Flat Rate Shipping: €12.99 per order.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over €80 (within the EU).

🚚 Delivery Notes

  • Deliveries are made Monday–Saturday (excluding public holidays).
  • If you are not available at the delivery address, your package may be left at the nearest pick-up point.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

❌ Non-Delivery & Returns

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, reshipping costs will be the buyer’s responsibility.
